What did we learn at the Camarillo city council meeting tonight? We learned that Camarillo taxpayers are on the hook for cameras that will surveillance them because city council wants residents to pay for retail theft policing at the outlets. Cost to stores? Zero.

The BOS failed to "consider public testimoany" as requied in GC 7283.1.(d). I call upon Supervisor Janice S. Parvin to agendize this matter immediately so that the BOS can fulfill its legal and moral obligation to the citizens of Ventura County.

The BOS held the community forum, received a report from Ventura County Sheriff's Office Sheriff James Fryhoff then received public testimony. However, the BOS Chair Supervisor Janice S. Parvin adjourned the meeting immediately after public testimony.

The County of Ventura - Government Board of Supervisors (BOS) under the leadership of Chair Supervisor Janice S. Parvin was remiss in its obligation to hold and conduct its Truth Act Forum as required by CA GC 7283.1.(d) and spelled out in its Board Letter dated 9/30/2025.

8/9 That is intentional. From there, McCoy posted a two-part video with Chance Hyun-bo, Pastor Hyun-bo’s youngest son yesterday. They had been inside visiting the detained pastor. McCoy himself has not been charged with any crimes in Korea.

6/9 Hyun-bo’s lawyer believes his client will be released without further charging but has suggested he could be detained for six months or more. Ever the opportunist, McCoy spoke in Arizona at Kirk’s memorial and high tailed it out of the United States.
