Y'know what? That's a fair assertion. Someone's semi-auto AR isn't going to do much against tanks and full body armor. 2A is situational at best. I still hold that it is better than nothing and numbers do matter. Otherwise Vietnam and Afghanistan would've been over in weeks, not years.

This ensures everyone is included and fairly counted every step of the way in the creation and repeal of the laws that govern them EVERY DAY.

Government reps will probably need to go to certain places like Amish communities to collect and tally votes for those who don't have or want digitalaccess.

Finally, if you want something in the ballot, ADD it! You could use the same system to crowdsource new ideas for laws and policies, similar to the change.gov site.

Voting would be individually counted instead of using an electoral college system so every voice is heard and considered. Voting can be done through an app, website or voting terminal at your local Municipal buildings, using modern verification systems like ZKP's.

This should cut down on things like stalled senate/house votes, executive orders, and keep the government in check. It would also cut down on paid lobbyists ability to push things through with their paychecks.

I'd start with a policy that would theoretically allow the government to move more quickly with permission from the people. It would start with a secure electronic voting system and monthly votes by the people before a policy can be enacted to ensure that government, and people are in agreeance.
