A big shout out to everyone who is matrix managing but isn’t classed as a manager, with their associated pay because they are not direct line reports. When we all really know the skills to manage in a matrix fashion far outweigh the skills for line management. ❤️

Great stuff to cast the net widely, and often those not already engaged with the organisation. Great democratisation of involvement and participation.

Museums take note – you are part of the problem. Next time you advertise a freelance role, do some research on what their fees need to cover and ask yourself if what you’re expecting to pay is reasonable.

You know what emergent tech of the last decade actually works well, and was adopted by millions?

3D printing. It’s great! So many applications.

But also nobody is sneering at you for not having or utilizing 3D printing. Nobody is trying to sneak a 3D printer into your garage without your consent

To exciting. This was our local schools go to for school visits and activity weeks. Many found memories of also ‘escaping’ to go to the pub from one said activity weeks. It would be great to go back 🤓🤣❤️.
