👎 UPDATE: This afternoon, Governor Ayotte signed HB 377 and HB 712 into law, banning medically necessary care for transgender youth in New Hampshire. These changes will not take effect immediately - families can continue working with their providers for now.

BREAKING: 👍 The NH House of Reps just DEFEATED SB 14 by a narrow 183 (yes)-186 (no) vote on the conference committee report. The bill would have established mandatory minimum sentences for certain fentanyl-related offenses but is now dead for the 2025 legislative session!
