They defined DSD broadly THEN said that the people who suffer DSD have higher rates of gender dysphoria.

It is UNTRUE that only 0.02% of births have a DSD that makes them susceptible to gender dysphoria.

I imagine it’s days before the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division executes a search warrant on Pretti’s former residence searching for evidence of his violating the civil rights of the poor officers who shot him.

Wurman just sort of elides the fact that Wong was not “permitted to reside here.” He was arrested in 1901 for allegedly violating the Chinese Exclusion Act, jailed and had to post bail. Illegal immigration was a thing after 1882 and this isn’t solved by shouting “domicile.”

This response is so frustrating as actual history happened between the 1400s and 1898 when Wong Kim Ark was decided. For example, the passage of the Chinese Exclusion Act that was the genesis of Wong Kim Ark.
