What do you eat with ranch dressing? #ranch #ranchdressing #blacktiktok #blackhistoryfacts

Ranch dressing is black history. A Black cowboy named Steve Henson invented it and served it out of his California ranch, Hidden Valley in the 1950s. I didn't realize it was invented by a Black man and that it was so recent.

Yeah I agree, if it worked at all it would be like a band aid. I don't think it would be enough on its own. Maybe it would keep the worst cops out. I don't get why if we can hold docs, lawyers, teachers accountable, why can't we hold cops accountable too.

What if police had to get malpractice insurance, and if they get sued, it comes from that. And if the insurance company won't cover an officer anymore because they are a liability, they lose their policing license and can't practice policing anymore.
