The dumb phone market is already well out there. But HMD/Nokia seems to be the only company making phones (affordable) like this and not dumb smartphones. There has to be someone willing to make this form factor for US market πŸ₯Ί

I will once again contend that Chick Fil A is nowhere near good enough for yall to be blocking roadways with the drive through.

It's an artistic representation of a circulatory system walking through a kitchen, as drawn by Dave Gibbons and written about by Alan Moore.
It happens a lot 'round here.

There are people who are terrible at backing into parking spaces and there are people who insist on backing into parking spaces.

These are the same person.

There have only ever been 4 β€œBatman #1” in history and this is the first time I have been able to get my hands on one on real time. Very excited for this issue and to tell you to support your local comic shop

Love Neil Young putting out a protest song BUT it’s really hard to take him at word about billionaires when he made a very public and intentional move to Amazon exclusivity.

As someone educated in the public school system of the Bible Belt, corridor of shame: museums are VASTLY important for accurate depictions and explanations of history versus what I received. NOT what power that be says they should align with.

We’ve had a great, precedent setting Batman video game (Arkham Knight) but I’d like to see a Superman game on that scale like God of War (2018)

Also just saw a commercial selling credit cards for kids. Still considering what to do with that to process.

What 2024 and 2025, to this point, have taught me is: hobbies are intrinsically linked to value for most people and makes hobbying annoying. And the internet has genuinely become 90%, if not more, a hub for negative voicing, critique

One incredibly pervasive thought with hobbying (coins, stamps, models, planes) is how deeply capitalism has ruined free time and how much culture demands otherwise. EVERY subreddit for any of my hobbies is "VALUE? IS THIS WORTH ANYTHING?" and so little of personal joy.
