It must’ve just been that amount of fucked.

I remember watching a short from some tech repair YouTuber that the cause of one customers pc not booting was some malfunctioning usb dock.

Some days I wonder why I keep bothering so much work into things. It's just more pain and suffering and it feels like it's all for nothing. Things never get better.

Unpopular Opinion: generative a.i as a TOOL can be useful, but we just had to start commercializing it.

I admittedly used ChatGPT sometimes to get answers for things when developing QtC.NET. It’s super useful if used right.

That being said, I do NOT like A.I being used to generate art at all.

Yeah I think I need to dedicate a server to this, which kinda sucks but whatever, degraded performance and drop outs for a bit I guess.

Update: Issues with the WebSocket Connection closing pre-maturely are still occurring, and I've narrowed the issue down to just general VPS instability.

During diagnoses, the db and reverse proxy containers just shut themselves down, probably because the VPS only has 2 CPU cores and 8 GB of RAM-

NeosVR is officially shutting down August 2nd.

It's funny that this is happening while testing for Resonite's big performance update is occurring.

I switched the reverse proxy out for nginx as that gives me a bit more control over what headers are passed and stuff.

I turned on stateful reconnect client side so that if a reconnect is needed, stuff like the connection id is preserved.

QtC.NET Update

Official Server is offline while I investigate some weird issues going on with Traefik and SignalR.

For some reason Traefik keeps terminating the WebSocket connection over and over so I might end up having to setup something more minimal like nginx

I apologize for posting this on main, I just needed to get this off my chest as I feel like my work and subsequent friendships has been taken away from me.

To the JSR team: I can understand hating me due to my shitty behavior during my reign and subsequent return, but the allegations need to stop. I’m not a pedophile, I’ve never done anything like this to anyone else ever since the break up.

The truth about the allegations is that I never did anything bad to the 14 year old at the time. They are now an adult and have no interest in even pressing charges against me.

We both had a love for each other and that was it. One mistake on my end and I broke up with them right after.

I was there from the beginning. I helped develop the emulator, formed the team, and provided a vps for a while.

I stepped down as manager due to some mental health issues and passed the discord to the person who was paying for the vps at the time.

In hindsight, this was a bad idea.

I was kicked off the team and banned from the discord due to “shitty behavior” towards the team.

I was later found to have dated a 14 year old 4 years ago by the team (when I was 17) and I was barred from ever reconciling with them again.

It's shocking the amount of people that just takes words from someone and immediately believes it instead of gathering more context from the person in question. I'm a victim of this unfortunately, and it wasn't even in the furry circle. I still wish to have a civil convo with that group to this day.

I tend to coincide my music (@alanmoon.net) with VR a lot, although right now that project is in its “nostalgia era” so I’ve been doing it less lately. I am planning another set with those tracks for the hopefully near future.

when your essentially reimplementing how a game renders its graphics, that's what your doing to an extent, especially if you need to keep old rendering behaviors, and I can see switching renderers bringing up the same problem in the future.
