Americans will suffer. Families will go without care. Lives will be lost.

By passing strong state dealer licensing and gun industry accountability laws, states can protect themselves from a federal administration that is capitulating to the gun lobby.

Despite the volatile federal landscape, hope resides in the proven power of state action.
