ESPECIALLY fan writers--has an obligation to write only good, wholesome, educational stories.

Especially because I'd bet that the percentage of writers who have degrees/certification in education is vastly outnumbered by the percentage of writers who do NOT.

Frankly, if someone has reached ADOLESCENCE and doesn't know what things are morally and ethically good as far as the treatment of other human beings goes, there has been a failure so grand by every adult in their life that i don't think stories can help anymore.

And I don't think any writer--

The idea that anyone over the age of let's be generous and say 21 (b/c the "you're not an adult until 25" is actually not as cut and dried truth as people want it to be) needs stories--ESPECIALLY fanfiction stories--to hold their hand about morality is extremely alarming to me, honestly.
