Mayo is just one of the ingredients in ranch dressing, so I’d argue it’s a completely different condiment.

Ranch is great in some applications- vegetable platter? Yes pls. Wings? Ok I guess. Dorito flavoring? Definitely.

But IMO it’s overused- and it does not belong anywhere near pizza.

I don’t hate the idea of owning one of these, they’ve ended up as such an oddity at this point!

Short version: mix 317g 00 flour, 190g water, .8g yeast, 7.4g salt, knead. Divide into 2 equal dough balls. Proof in fridge for 24-48 hours.

Take out of fridge and let rest for 2 hours (should warm up to room temp). Shape, dress, and bake for 6:30 at 600F oven on a stone. Eat pizza!
