Can’t recommend this enough. They collaborate with heart & respect; illustrate each piece beautifully.

Let me rephrase…. A few months ago I submitted my queer short story manuscript to a queer press and suddenly they queerly started following me 😳 Obviously it’s all about to happen for me and there’s no other explanation. Especially because or in spite of the erotic gay bit and/or meteorite crash.

Perhaps the least likely thing to ever stop happening among humankind is an end to the word “baby” in pop songs.

If you like quiet books as I do (Tove Jannson, Marlen Haushofer), I think the new memoir Raising Hare takes a gorgeous place along them. Read it all yesterday and I’m a slow reader. The author is the first, it seems, to experience or document this particular human-animal interface and ecotone.

Well this is new. Granted Mia’s 18 and less graceful these days, but this 360 approach is going to take some getting used to.

We ride the waves of aging and unconditionally love all her superpowers.
