Yes! I started out as a writing consultant as well when I was a GTA. It was really helpful for teaching to see what recurring issues arose.

I’m the assistant director of our writing center and I’m constantly yelling at students to use it. I also give mine extra credit for going.

I’d like a lot more readers too while we’re at it and appreciation of writing. Can we bring that back?

In 2026, if you don’t already, start keeping a personal journal. You don’t need to write every day.

Exhausting/exhilarating.

Pseudo Myth Again, I've confused the horseman for the horse, the artillery of a muscle for a minor hero's sling. What we do in the name of obedience, not thinking wonder has anything to gain over wit. The wheel, at times, will envy the hands that clutch it. The horse, the inoperable reigns. Trust me. I, who have neither head nor heart, whose name is not mine but Girl. What's torn through the center is as good a guide as any.
