In two weeks will be the 2026 Winter Paralympics in Milano-Cortina, in which you’ll be able to witness exceptional athletes with disabilities do things you’d never be able to do. ✨

Once again, it has been zero days since I've been ashamed of my province.

Despair away. I like to think of it as looking for the bright side of my insomnia. 🤷

The one I go to is open 24/7, so thankfully it works well for people with insomnia like me. 😅

The gym was nice and empty this morning. It helps when it’s -30 and 4 am. 😅
