I agree it’s a great performance . There is an excellent version on YouTube from this era .
It’s a good thing that the classical fans took such good care of their Vinyl.

A record that can be found quite easily and is well worth a listen , I think I paid a pound for this which feels somewhat criminal .

I agree completely, I’m not sure why he changed but tone wise the Strat just doesn’t have the sustain he had early on. To my ears at least 😀

Thought I’d revisit some Cream , I had a notion to hear the Tales of Brave Ulysses again .
I liked Clapton’s choice of tones during this - pre Stratocaster era of his playing .
