Georgia needs a leader who will be honest about who is the cause of the challenges we face and who can mobilize a movement to deliver results.

Thanks to @rpaynereport.bsky.social at Salon for highlighting why this race matters and why change is overdue.

One of the myriad reasons I despise Waymos is that they are *deeply* antisocial. Instead of building safe and reliable mass transit, we're given hermetic pods that increase congestion and cause wear and tear on the infrastructure we all pay for.

Defense Department says it's opening an investigation into Sen. Mark Kelly The investigation is related to the Arizona senator's participation in a video Democratic lawmakers made urging members of the military not to comply with "illegal orders."

Another way to say this, Sen. Gallego @gallego.senate.gov, is that 'the House should impeach you and the Senate will convict you.'

From the article:
"F--- you and your investigation," added Gallego.

Twitter's foreign influence problem is nothing new The platform's just-debuted geolocation tool illuminates a disturbing and persistent issue.

As Twitter's new geolocation tool started to reveal accounts’ information, the effect was like watching the Scooby Doo kids pull one disguise after another from the villain of the week.

Hilarious and alarming though it all was, it's just the latest indication of one of the site’s oldest problems.

I’m also dubious of how well the Taliban suppressed any of this, really. More “visible” crimes, like women violating the new restrictions imposed on them (especially single mothers doing whatever it took to feed their kids) was easy for them to spot and swiftly punished.
