This is excellent. Tough but important to hear the voices of those impacted directly and indirectly by this. Also important to understand how controversial this ban was in terms of existing cis players.

Some 3 years on so many who supported this ban still have no interest in women's rugby.

The players didn't ask for it, nor were they consulted.

It undermines the very culture of women's rugby.
