I’m playing with a time blocking app that adds my time blocks to my schedule.

My calendar just sent me a message that I should leave now to get home in time for my block of housework I have planned for this afternoon.

Sorry AI, I’m at the Subaru dealership and can’t leave ‘til my car is ready.

Now I’m wondering who would win in a contest between Dr. Oz and Secretary Kennedy.

Probably depends on whether it was a war of wits, social media flame war, or hand to hand combat.

My internet is running very very slowly-many sites just time out. I believe its because everyone in town is streaming the game.

One more reason it's time to go pick up my Amazon package and do some shopping.

Just got an update that the Superbowl is about to start.

That means it's time to go run errands because everyone but me and people who have to work today are at home watching the game and I won't have to stand in any lines or deal with crowds.

That would be a waste of popcorn.

I think the AHA should start offering mannequins to TV shows and movies so they can do a little visual magic to make it look like the mannequin is the person getting CPR and the general public can see realistic CPR not the chest petting they usually show.

Until you completely crush the bottle and it splits down the side.

Just checked: an annual visit with my PCP is available middle of April. A sick visit, March 30.

That is one downside. That, and the limited time you can keep a book checked out. My most recent acquisitions have both been long. One is from over 20 years ago so not much demand and I could renew it. The other is almost 1,000 pages and I had B&N gift cards so I bought the physical book.

Oh, Chirp for audiobooks. They run sales all the time, and recently added CarPlay capability so you can listen during your commute.

Try your local library. Not only do they have physical books, they may allow you to check out audiobooks or ebooks.

Libby and Hoopla are 2 apps I use at my library. (I don't recall which one but one of them lets me check out books and read on my Kindle)

Today marks a generational divide.
