Mango really took a bad turn today. We were gonna take a trip this upcoming weekend, but I am gonna need to stay behind. There's no way I can leave and it would be hard to bring her with us.

I posted not too long ago about it. My great grandmother, who I actually got to meet, could only speak French. I used to have a little blue suitcase that I was told came with her from Canada when she was a little girl.

And I often wonder if people judge me for not working a regular job or for being very particular about the type of jobs I apply for. And it's like I promise you I tried to do a regular job at an office and it made me wanna die. I tried.

All of this to say that there are many times where I feel like narcolepsy is ruining my whole life lmao

When I did have a regular job and had to go into an office I was pretty much going insane on the amount of caffeine and stimulants it took to function. And I still fell asleep at my desk.

I do have meds, but unfortunately the only ones available for treating narcolepsy are stimulants. And because of my narcolepsy meds I'm now also on heart meds lmaooooooo

Remember when the sleep doc was like, "We recommend that people with narcolepsy take two 45 min naps each day."

Like, sir, we live under capitalism. We don't even let cashiers sit.
