I'm with you there, it really is a good film.

I'm trying to decide on who I'd have picked to write the poem about when I was 9/10 years old. It's possible in the moment I'd have also picked Mike. My poem would have rhymed, I was very much into writing poems at that age.

For context, for the fun of it I'm doing an art Advent. My subject is my favourite musician, Steven Page. I have lots of art materials that I'm going to try to utilise. Let's see how it goes.

I'm totally OK with an echo chamber. It's nice sometimes not to have all that ugliness always there in every feed, in every comments section. I'm kind of cool with people being civil, funnily enough.

Doing that thing where you lay in bed and instead of relaxing and trying to sleep, you replay your embarrassing behaviour from ages ago in your head until you audibly berate yourself for being an idiot.

When you're trying to destroy a magic ring but the first 3 volcanoes just won't do.

(I mean, that a runner is sometimes a way working class or poor people could get in, but alas not for me)

When I was younger I really REALLY wanted to work in TV. I had to move out as soon as my education was done, mum could not/would not support me. I couldn't afford to be an unpaid runner and that was one block for getting in the door as someone not from upper middle class. My path went elsewhere.
