Neither is desirable which is the point. The main thrust, that millions of people work more jobs than they would like to or should have to in order to survive is unquestionably true.

What's misleading? If anything, Glenn's assertion that working part-time doesn't count for some arbitrary reason seems like bullshit. If you're taking on a job 15 to 20 hours a week to make rent or so you can save to have rainy day money, that's still working multiple jobs to survive.
