Sometimes I think a weight will be a nice and reasonable deload weight but end up hitting WAY below that because otherwise it would be too high RPE. Keeps the ego in check lol :')

Try them when you're already warm maybe, see what feels right and go slow with progressions! (Sorry I can't explain sissy squats, there should be loads of tutorials though, and holding onto something for balance is fine and welcomed of course)

Single leg box squats, basically squat with one leg until your butt reaches a chair/stool/bench, then get up. Slowly make the "box" lower and lower progressively as long as you're pain free. There's also sissy squats and they REALLY bullet proof them knees, but they're a bit of an advanced exercise
