Found some old gamedev stuff from my folders (trine 4), these assets would scale so tiny in the game I doubt you could make out most of the details but I was allowed to take my time with them anyway. Nowadays I guess a lot of devs just use AI slop instead. We didn't know how good we had it...

Tips to make amazing comic:
1. Characters should be acting out more than rambling about their feelings
2. Make stuff horny if you can
3. You get the audience that you cater to. Don't cater to scolds and whiners
4. If you feel nervous before publishing that's a good sign

Tips to make a high quality(tm) comic:
1. Show don't tell
2. Don't make a Talking Heads comic (zoom out whenever you can)
3. Don't make a Couch comic (let characters do shit and go to places)
4. Don't break the 180 degree rule
5. Use bolded words sparingly

1. Make short comics before attempting a long comic
2. Put speech bubbles into your page layouts
3. Have a coherent reading order
4. Characters must be distinct
5. Characters must be fun/easy to draw
6. A decent background at least once per page
7. Do stretches and weight training

When working on a bigger multi-session piece, put it away and don't look at it when you're not working on it. It might go stale in your brain otherwise. A good refresher for digital is to flip the canvas horizontally
