Been trying to get Max comfortable with snuggling. He won't jump up on the couch himself but will pace the house until you pick him up and put him on it. Finally got him to relax enough to take a nap. He's such a sweet boy & I'm guessing we'll have him adopted by the end of the week.

Foster #48 arrived Wednesday. His name is Max. He is super adorable and pretty chill so far. The only noise he's made was whining last night after he got fixed yesterday but he's better today. He loves to sit outside and gets along with our dogs....even the spicy one!

I just happened upon it bc I wondered why Max wasn't getting a book....it was bc he already had one. The first book in that series has a movie on some random streaming service.

The one coming out in November is Luke's book. Max's book is part of another series. Their story is really cute.

There's a prequel series with Max finding Cozy. It's really good too. Max's book is the last one in that series.

Single bed (couch) trope. Gotta get that pillow wall up!

Halfway through book 7 of an 8 book series and everything is working out and everyone is happy.....and I'm really scared of what the next book and a half will bring.

Goku got adopted! It was a quick one too. They walked into PetSmart, said "should we?" to each other and immediately filled out the app.

Taking a short break and will get another foster in a couple weeks!

Foster #47 is Goku! He's a pug/Boston mix (supposedly). Got along with our dogs great immediately. Only 37% crazy and the rest is all snuggles. He's such a handsome boy!

Foster #46 was Snoop. He ended up being too rough with our dogs and since he was a BIG boy we unfortunately had to return him. He got a short reprieve from the shelter & they now know more about him to help future adopters. He was very snuggly & curious. Potty & crate trained.

Smoochie is one of our two dogs. He's our lone wolf and usually will forcibly snuggle for 30 seconds then won't acknowledge you for 3 days. Today he decided he's a snuggler and has sat on my lap for 30 mins. We are both very unsure about this scenario though.

I liked it. It was cheeky but dark. I laughed a lot. More spicy than average but I guarantee there are spicier things out there. Overall I enjoyed it and plan on reading the 2nd book once it's my turn on Libby.

Last night at 11:59pm I finished the final (for now) Boys of Tommen book. I went in mostly blind and I had no idea what I was getting into. This series changed my brain chemistry. The range of emotion from the giggles to cackling to weeping. I loved it but need a silly romance now.
