Just been reading my diaries :
3rd May ‘80
“ … as I descended from Crinkle Crags, the strong winds had pinned an elderly lady to the rocks and no matter how she tried, could not move. Only by prizing her fingers off the rock & dragging her from the ‘wind tunnel’ was she able to recover her senses.

More detail added, the background and middle ground is done. So more work on the rocks and add the fern. “Cold moon over Elterwater.”
