Dispatch wasn't a success because it was episodic. It was a success in spite of it being episodic. It definitely helps that it was a weekly structure and not the old model waiting months at a time for an episode, but no, this isn't something that games should pursue.

This is one of the funnier things I have come across this year. Did not see a Kinect-like console that actually has good reviews and it being a success story (the reference to the PS5 is very tongue-in-cheek).

I've had something similar with a date, where everything was at a one word response, and yeah, there's better ways to let someone know you're not interested.

87. Kirby's Dream Land 3

Really like the art style, but outside of that, this is probably one of my more least liked Kirby games. Not a huge fan of the reliance on the animal friends.

86. Marvel Cosmic Invasion

This was a really fun, short campaign. Definitely going to have to go back and play some more. Interesting wrinkles in there for a beat'em up. The more I played, the more I just get more excited waiting for the new Scott Pilgrim game.

I also tried a little something different than anything I've done before when making a video. A little inspiration from some of my favorite channels I follow with some very basic video editing skills.

Survival games are hit-and-miss with me, and this one leads more to the miss range at the moment. That said, there's definitely plenty of room for it to be a pretty great game in the future for the kind of player that loves these games.

85. The Outer Worlds 2

I definitely prefer the original, but this game was still good. Aza and Marisol really help make the experience more enjoyable, but I felt there was too much stripped away from the first game that I loved.
