This is exactly what news used to be...just reporting. Then, news people started to come on after a speech, and tell you what was said during the speech you just watched. They would rephrase and "interpret" as if you couldn't understand for yourself. That, for me, was when the rot started.

I was just thinking recently about how large a part Mitch McConnell has played in the destruction of America. Blocking Obama's appointment of judges, and pushing Amy Coney Barrett through at the last minute. I hope he has regrets until his last breath.
