Quite amusing that this case is actually A-eye user vs another user. Guess the defendant’s chairs are also not copyrightable as well :D

Think this is a reflection of where they are in term of economic advance. In the past they didn’t have their own IPs so didn’t care much about protection. They’ve progressed a lot now so things change. And with success of cultural IPs like Nezha and Wukong, they’re taking creative industry seriously
