I’m super behind on the manga but it’s really good. I’m terrible w horror but it’s really good at lulling you into a sense of complacency around Hikaru. I feel like Yoshiki is an unreliable narrator, which makes it interesting.

"Just go indie" comes from a good place, but it's aimed in the wrong direction. No artist has ever, EVER needed someone to tell them "You should make your own work." That's not the problem.

The problem is there is zero, and often actively depressive, structural support in our society for artists.

Unfortunately I've been affected by the Xbox layoffs as well as numerous of my talented colleagues. I'm sad our hard work on Perfect Dark may be lost in the dark.
