Where I went looking for roadrunners in vain last Sunday. Panoche valley. Ended up a lot of sparrows and larks on the wire ;-)

I normally don’t do too much of processing on my photos, but when I MUST do it, I just *LOOOVE* #affinityPhoto to do it for me - it allows me to go from this clutter to this frame in a matter of minutes and lets me have time to go out and shoot again ;-)

Hmm. I remember watching a genghis khan movie in the 1990s… will need to look up both the book and the movie once again. I liked what I’ve seen and read about him so far. Will give this book a go this year (or perhaps the next given my “unread” section of my bookshelf is almost at full capacity:)

How close is this to the movie? The older one. I did not realize there were multiple movies made on him…
