Tonight, Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band opened their Land of Hope & Dreams Tour. Bruce launched this run of shows with three statements about the situation in the United States, with comments preceding his songs Land of Hope and Dreams, House of a Thousand Guitars and My City of Ruins.

That is really sad. I lived in Stockholm many years ago and still have friends there, we communicate mostly on FB. I know that they would not agree with this. What you write here sounds like the actions of some large U.S. companies/law firms etc.

My congressman @mikelevin.org is calling DOGE "Destruction of Government by Elon" - I agree. It is just heartbreaking what is happening to science, education, infrastructure, etc. in the US. We might never recover.
