I found this quite cathartic … helped me understand what I am missing about the game. It’s not to say I won’t be watching this year but I am gradually falling (or have fallen) out of love with the #premierleague

Just feels that this Premier League season has been the worst for a long time in terms of quality and excitement. And not just for West Ham. Perhaps Sky, the Premier League and clubs haven’t realised they are killing the game.

This myth there is an incentive to remain on benefits is frankly nonsense. The amounts don’t allow people have autonomy or dignity in their lives, hence the institutionalisation of charity food. Employing stigma as a mechanism to shame folk will be entirely counter productive as well as immoral.
