I love doing the base colors with easy to fix paint schemes because I can just slap shit down silly and not care because it'll all be fixed here in the next week as I chip away at him!

Still working slowly but surely on my Imperial Fists force. I got the Alpha Legion heresy heads for my 40k army but decided to use the bare head option for a totally loyal heavy bolter marine holding the line on the walls of Terra!

Low key dreading doing nothing but painting up 30 troops here in the next few weeks. Heavy bolters, vets with disintegrators and 2 10 man despoiler squads.

Next one is done! Not as proud of this one as I am the dread but I think he came out ok. I put a metal splotch on his helmet to indicate battle damage but idk if that came out well. I am super proud of the base. I need to invest in actual methods of photographing these guys #warhammer #Horusheresy
