Choosing between a car payment or not eating/feeding children for weeks at a time, most people with no other option will default. When food stamps don't renew in November because of the gov shutdown, it's going to exacerbate the problem. But at least children can get a free school meal...right?

I'm tired. We're all tired. This isn't hard to understand. You can't inflate prices of basic necessities like food and housing to ridiculous highs while keeping wages at poverty levels, then act surprised when luxury goods/services and large purchases become unattainable or payments unaffordable.
