found out that netflix rebooted my favorite telenovela last year and i’ve been watching it bc im curious to see if i’ll feel endeared by this version of the characters….so far it’s been going okay…

that he’s subject to the same limits when it once seemed limitless to him? and how we need to be aware that this is what we ask of wrestlers when we call them washed or expect them to break themselves for us? this is the crux of the argument but it’s not there

isn’t it a tragedy? that the last match against his rival with whom he had the best matches in professional wrestling history was one that reflected his limits and mortality. that his loss was inevitable because he isn’t a god but a man with a body like anyone else?

watched the kenny omega video essay and while it was good it makes me think that a lot of youtubers are focused more on the video aspect than the essay portion. ending it with “and this is why we need to appreciate kenny omega” shouldn’t be where the essay lands
