Players thrive on confidence, it makes what they do instinctive, it frees them from the worry of failure. I'd be more concerned if Jovon wasn't getting into the positions to miss

I know we have the goalkeeping coach who also has responsibility for set pieces. I guess that may be for defensive and offensive organisation. I guess a trip to the Centre of Excellence would give a much greater insight into everyones roles. Could this be a discussion point for a future podcast?

Michael Skubala is the head coach, who obviously oversees everything.
We have Tom Shaw and Chris Cohen as assistants. Does one have responsibility for in possession/out of possession or is it a more American style offence and defence coordinator roles?
