A whole day of @compiler-explorer.com admin. Trying to further untangle the Matt Godbolt from the Compiler Explorer ("Godbolt" ugh). Getting there.
If you (very kindly) sponsor *me* on GitHub please consider switching it to compiler explorer instead! In a few months I'll separate those...

I'm getting very close to publication of my latest book: The Programming Puzzles Big Book (Fun for ages 7-99)!
leanpub.com/programming_...
This is your last chance to get it for the pre-release price of only $4.99 and help me find any remaining bugs.
This is 400 pages of puzzles!

Croc Was Meant to Be Yoshi - Then It All Changed! - Matt Porter, Argonaut Programmer - The Retro Hour EP491
We get the story of the classic Croc: Legend of the Gobbos
Lovely to hear one of my coding mentors and heroes Matt Porter on the #retro hour podcast: theretrohour.com/croc-was-mea...
Talking about Croc, Red Dog and SWAT:GST and SNES, Saturn and Dreamcast.
Matt was the lead coder on RD and SWAT and modeled what it means to be a tech manager to me.

I see! Ok! phew :\ sort of, anyway. I'm happy to help however I can! All the data is stored in localStorage as somewhat straightforward JSON. We probably need a better story for folks that do this - I'll be honest I tend to use saved short links myself

Yo! Tomorrow's #BandcampFriday. I don't have anything new, but if there's a thing you don't have from @bandcamp.com of mine already, it'd mean a lot if you try something new! I'll be spending Friday moving part of @bloopmuseum.bsky.social to its new spot, where I have more room to work on new music.

Hulloooo! Oh no! That sounds awful :( When you say you have a recent copy from backups, I'm not sure what you mean? A copy of what? The snippets (as like a text file?) And then you want to put them back in the "load/save" snippet store thingy? Just trying to understand :)
