This Switzerland thing has NEVER made sense. The premise is people are scared of NSA. But NSA doesn't even need to tell anybody to own up a server in Switzerland. Owning up servers in Switzerland is literally their chartered job. "Here, we put your data in the most NSA-able place possible."

If it matters what jurisdiction your data is hosted in, you are boned. Jurisdictional safeguards have always been snake oil.

I'm convinced all these problems are gnarly and much harder and more impactful than they look like from the outside but all this stuff *really* makes me want to work on agents, it seems so fun.

There are ways to mitigate it (prune context by summarizing conversations, extract key bits of memory by making it call some kind of `save_memory` tool)... but they also run headfirst into the first problem re: chaining reliabilities. You're just piling 95% recall on top of each other.

The bit about nth-turn token costs really got me.
