See more" Below is a promotional photo showing a very high quality 3D model that has been well painted, with the logos for Dungeons & Dragons Icons of the Realms, Baldur's Gate 3 Character Boxed Set. Astarion's name is at the bottom and the bottom right is watermarked with Trademark and Copyright 2024 Wizards of the Coast LLC. There is also an image of the box with the character figures which appears to be an edited graphic and not a photograph of the actual box set. All of these images are being used for review purposes and are available to view on the website store images, I claim no ownership over any image or photograph.

The model itself looks to be different, and then painted far too thickly as any definition has been completely lost. Again, this is an image that is on the website when you go to buy this product. This is the best photo they could get of their actual product, which is unsurprising that it isn't being used in the advert. The colours don't even match the promotional image, as in the promo his lower leg garment is the same colour as his jacket but here it's a much paler shade, and both this part and the jacket are a completely different tone to the advertising image. All of these images are being used for review purposes and are available to view on the website store images, I claim no ownership over any image or photograph.
Honestly I feel this needs a warning for false advertising - this is the advert being used for the *official* BG3 minis, but the image on the white background is the *actual* model, and that is still from their own promo videos on the site!
The drop in quality is horrendous.
