I read everything about King Arthur that I could get my hands on, back then. It was a literal obsession. Lol

Sure, but I generally oppose the idea of other people imposing their standards on everyone else. Not including AI-generated crap in that, of course. 😊

I actually did read The Firm, because my Dad gave it to me. It's not my preferred genre, and I thought it was just okay. Even though it was a massive hit, I had a ton of issues with The DaVinci Code and consider it one of my least favorite books ever.

I agree. I read a lot of classics as a teenager - some more than once. I was obsessed with Wuthering Heights, Gone With the Wind, Watership Down, The Once and Future King, and some others I can't recall atm. There were a few I didn't care for, like Catcher in the Rye, but I'm glad I read them.
