It looks like building r-rentals on penthouses currently cause white screens and endless loading screens.

Try this method: forums.ea.com/idea/the-sim... and revert the lot to a residential one.

I'm not really sure. What I do know for certain is that I first experienced this kind of save corruption after the For Rent pack, and it started in Willow Creek. Later on, other worlds also began having issues. I think I might have to consider not putting any rental lots in Willow Creek at all.

In Willow Creek, lots started showing orange exclamation marks, and I tried to fix them with Sims 4 Studio, but it didn’t work well.

Come to think of it, my first save corruption after the For Rent expansion pack started when I converted many residential lots into rental lots in Willow Creek and Newcrest. 😕
