How could a simple self-replicating system emerge at the origins of life? RNA polymerase ribozymes can replicate RNA, but existing ones are so large that their self-replication seems impossible. Could they be smaller?

Can we move towards a blockchain for peptide identifications? A community accessible record for an identification, requiring no further processing.

Something like peptide atlas but with batch mining.

I would highly recommend doing this at least once. The number of unique peptides from an antibody is bananas. Lots of artifacts though, it was a dud for de novo in our hands.

I'm curious, where are you based?
