also it looks like it can download from anywhere

i woke up and bought madden on then switch 2
it’s not terrible but it’s not great. it’s a decent port of the console game
has all the features you expect from madden
graphics look ok
no crossplay
runs 30 fps
it’s good enough and i can play it on the couch as i do stuff
