U-Haul will say anything to get a reservation. I needed to move the DDR machine and asked them to reserve a truck with a hydraulic lift. They say no problem. When I show up the guy says they _never_ have trucks like that. That no U-Haul does. Then he asks for my credit card. Penske was honest.
