There's no such thing as "protest season" - Minnesotans always show up.

Bacteria in milk can cause infection. This is less likely to happen with plain water. In the case of chemical emergencies, please only use water as an eye rinse.

Plus, it's cheaper, more versatile, doesn't smell bad, and can be drank if thirsty.
