No it's not. They're still losing money. If they double the cap, they'll lose even more money and get nothing from it - again, you do not get extra/better worker production by doubling the salary of a fixed number of laborers.

Of course they do. Most WNBA teams are owed by NBA owners. Making more use of capital assets (for example: their stadiums) makes those stadiums more valuable.

There is zero evidence WNBA players get more injured because they don't have access to their own staff.

They aren't doing that because doubling players' salaries has no effect on output or revenue. It's a mostly closed system. The good players already play in the league. There's a salary cap.
