What happened is they got a whiff of power and realized it could be a big whiff.

On the left side of a white plate are two drumsticks. At the top of the plate are zucchini slices that have been sauteed in olive oil and smoked paprika. At the bottom right are thin slices of carrot that were quickly blanched and then cooked in butter and brown sugar.

Simple supper. Baked chicken, sauteed zucchini and carrots. 🍽️🍜

Some years ago I saw a video of Rick Bayless growing micro greens in his basement using standard metal restaurant shelving & standard florescent lighting as it provided the perfect lighting.

They are. Hot house grown but still flavorful and juicy.

I am sure there are some but in my case it was not a false positive. My previous scan was clean and I was told I didn't have to get another one for 10 years.

But this turned out positive and luckily they could take care of it.

Be careful trying the cheaper cologuard test. Because if it turns out positive and then you have to get a full fledged one there probably will not be any cost sharing.

I had that happen with me on Medicare.

Below that is a portion of refried pinto beans with Serrano chilies and Monterey Jack cheese. At the bottom of the plate are quartered Compari tomatoes.

Using up leftover pulled pork and added Memphis style barbecue sauce and topped with Rendezvous seasoning. Plus a can of green beans with some red chili flakes.

Carnitas made from the instant pot recipe which turned out pretty well. And tacos with yellow corn tortillas, onions and cilantro and pickled red onions.

First had one in Memphis in the mid-70s. This has less barbecue sauce but still has similar flavors.

And we can all tell that Kennedy will not be part of the center's name when it's rebuilt.

Have not tried this particular recipe but sausage and shrimp jambalaya is a favorite of mine. 😋👍
