IMO both neo-Nazism/occultism is mostly incidental in 764/h*rtcore crimes because the primary motivation is sadism and the targets are children regardless of background. But also I agree that Casap’s case definitely leans more RMVE but there is a lot of overlap of course.

There’s a difference between the motivations of these cases and it wouldn’t be accurate to say that 764-type crimes are racially motivated. But is there a difference in regards to sentencing whether they are classified as RMVE or NVE?
