Been on my to-do list for a long time, finally ATVing at the Oregon Dunes. Turned out to be a bit harder than imagined. Spent a lot of time lifting the machine out of the sand. Sure was fun though.

Crazy that the monorail only runs for 40 minutes after the fireworks at the space needle. The buses are a nightmare with the traffic ignoring the bus lanes and this is the best way to get to the light rail.

Nice, I didn’t know TripIt had this. A good year for me with travel to China, Peru, and Uganda being highlights.

It is a good week us Seattle people!

This is great for us Seattle people, I usually fly Hawaiian to ICN and it will be great to cut out the Honolulu stop. Will miss the occasional long stopover though.

Such a terrible idea unless flight search allows you to omit the lowest tiers.

Already annoying that places like google flights doesn’t allow you to filter out tiers you don’t want to book or see.

The trains ran today so was able to make it to Machu Picchu. As every bit impressive as it seems.

My ride for today, PeruRail Vistadome train to Machu Picchu. Was supposed to take it yesterday but there was a one day transportation strike which closed down the trains.

Tiny contemporary art museum in the Barranco neighborhood of Lima. Great area and fun to walk around.
