REV. BLACK (who was shot in the head with a pepper ball): “If this is what they’re doing to pastors, journalists, teachers, mothers, and the elderly gathered to sing and pray outside ICE facilities… what might they be doing to our neighbors who are behind those walls?”

This seems like a prime example of where state and local police must arrest a federal agent for child endangerment.

There is nothing about ICE’s (or any other agency’s) federal legal framework that could override the local laws against leaving that kid in the car.

If Stephen Miller had paid attention in con law, he’d know:
Congress controls the money.
Courts interpret the law.
The president doesn’t get to shout “You’re fired!” at the entire civil service when he loses a budget fight.

The federal government keeps labeling everyone they go after as cartel members — and it keeps being proven false. These are the same people we’re supposed to trust when they execute people at sea under that very justification?

This is how our government has been corrupted:

1) Donors give huge sums to elect politicians to office
2) Elected officials rewrite rules in the donors' favor
3) Donors make huge profit
4) Repeat

We must get big money out of politics.

It is the root of our dysfunction.
